XD-MPC (standalone version) telephone conference system (TCS)
Introduction:
Interactive teleconference is a new-type system that is different from traditional conference telephone system (junction machine). With it, we can hold teleconferences at any place and at any time. No matter where participants of conference stay, they can attend conferences as long as they use fixed-line telephone or mobile phone to dial a teleconference access number and password that have been appointed beforehand. Besides, they can also attend conferences under the condition of off-hook by using TCS to call many teleconference numbers that have been set up according to appointed time.
Compared with conference junction machine, the interactive teleconference system is featured by large interactive number, a large number of meeting places, strong confidentiality, convenient use (there is abundant voice guidance), conferences that can be organized in flexible and diversified ways, powerful conference and business functions and the method that recording is extracted directly and digitally inside the system (real digital recording).
IPC and ISA/PCI bus standard card schemes which are internationally standard, P4 computer’s processing ability and large handing capacity of ISA/PCI parallel bus are used. Besides, it can realize the situation that two/four-wire special line and 2Mb digital junction interfaces are stored in one digital exchange network, which can not only have abundant voice navigation, record-replay processing performance, flexible ways in which conferences are organized and high-capacity interactive conference but also ensure sound quality of each meeting place and provide advanced approached for meeting places with poor environmental conditions, such as voice signal processing and echo cancellation.

Password protection for conferences, applying for voicing management, calling the roll by compere of conferences & monitoring, conference locking, conference unlocking, automatic recording, recording management, welcoming speech of conferences, informative abstract of teleconference, playing music before conference, junction of meeting places, modifying members’ level (chairman and audience), gain adjustment of electrical level, records about tickets of conferences, system maintenance and monitoring and system safety management etc.
