Features of the solution:
The solution is an independent dispatching system, which is mainly composed of dispatching console and switching module etc. The dispatching extension set is dedicated for dispatching, i.e., it only carries out dispatching calling and switching. There is two-wire loop trunk and connection of local call lines. If the dispatching extension set implements local calls, it must get dispatchers’ permission generally. The dispatching telephone is a digital four-wire interface, which ensures call quality. The system integrates recording system and utilizes direct digital code extraction of exchange network. Meanwhile, content of recording is saved on hard disk of IPC in the form of files. The dispatching console can select touch screen and wireless mouse and coordinate with voice calling technique, so dispatching operation is quite convenient. This solution is appropriate for all uses using traditional dispatching machines.
